Conference Hotel
The conference hotel for this year’s ENTIS Conference is the Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. This hotel is located directly next to the conference venue, just a 2-minute walk away. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate for ENTIS attendees.
- Rooms are reserved for 3 nights (September 2nd - 5th), with the option to stay for a shorter or longer period.
- You can book a King or Twin room for single use (€175 per night), if you want to stay with a second person in this room, the same rooms are available at a slightly higher price (€195 per night). Both prices include breakfast and local tax of €4.69 per person per night.
- Rooms are available to book until August 15th. After that period, this discount price is no longer available, and the room price will probably be higher.
- Availability of the number of rooms is limited and therefore cannot be guaranteed for everyone.
- No payment is required at the time of booking; only a credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation. The room can be paid for at the time of stay, or a payment link can be requested to settle the amount in advance.
- If you wish to extend your stay or book earlier dates, it may be more cost-effective to make two separate reservations. Please check carefully in the portal whether the discounted rate is applied for the dates September 2nd - 5th.
- Conference dinner pick-up and drop-off from the conference hotel is included in the conference registration
